What is ProLayer?
ProLayer is an internal team alerts and monitoring platform. It lets engineering and operations teams send DevOps alerts, deployment notifications, incident escalations, and system health updates to approved team members via WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Push, Slack, and In-App — all through a single API. It is not designed for sending notifications to end customers.
How does the credit system work?
Each alert you send costs 1 credit, regardless of the channel. Credits are included with your subscription plan, and you can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Unused credits from packs expire after 12 months.
What channels are supported?
We currently support WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, Email (SMTP and API), Push notifications (iOS, Android, Web), Slack, and In-App notifications for delivering alerts to your team. More channels are added regularly.
Is there a free trial?

Who can receive alerts?
